Online
& Telephone Orders
1.
Engraved Champers will not supply goods to anyone under 18
yrs of age.
2. We reserve the right to refuse, without explanation, to
take an order either online or by telephone.
3. All orders must be inspected at the time of delivery and
any damage or dissatisfaction with the product notified to us within
seven days. Goods must be returned to us for inspection. In the
event that they are agreed to be sub-standard a full refund will
be made.
4. No order will be despatched that has not been pre-paid,
or subject to written & agreed payment terms.
5. Customers submitting artwork to be engraved are responsible
for the use of said artwork and undertake to indemnify Engraved
Champers should any art or graphics be challenged on the grounds
of copyright. Clearance should be obtained for the use of club badges
or logos from the relevant authority.
Delivery
1.
Orders will be processed and despatched three days after receipt.
No right of cancellation exists (see Cancellations below).
2. Engraved Champers reserves the right to use whichever
carrier is most suited to the task of delivery. With orders delivered
to a home address they will be instructed not to leave goods without
a signature, or at any address other than that stated on the order.
Failure to deliver will be notified by the carrier and the responsibility
for subsequent fulfilment falls to the customer.
3. Charges for UK delivery of single items are included in
the price. Multiple orders will be sent by the most cost-effective
method and charged accordingly. Orders over £300 in value
will be sent free of charge.
Prices
& Payment
1.
All good supplied include VAT at 17.5%
2. Engraved Champers reserves the right to levy extra charges
for complex artwork or express delivery where appropriate. All such
charges to be advised and agreed before payment is processed.
3. Online payments are handled by Paypal. (need the proper
name here - .com?).
4. No card details are held by any members of staff or employee
of Engraved Champers.
Cancellations
1.
Given that the goods supplied will be personalised they fall outside
the scope of consumer rights under the Distance Selling Regulations
2000, stated as follows: Certain contracts are excluded from the
right to cancel unless the parties agree otherwise, such as a contract
for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications (regulation
13).

In the case of a complaint about our products, service or workmanship

Privacy

All personal details are held in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998 and will not be shared with unrelated organisations. Unless
otherwise stated, Engraved Champers reserves the right to use e-mail
to promote our products and remind our customers of any offers or
events that we feel will be of interest and to respond to any enquiries
you may make. To be removed from our mailing lists customers should
contact unsubscribe@engravedchampers.com

Every
effort is made to ensure that all information posted on our website
is accurate. At no time will any designs, names or events be posted
on our website to promote our business without the prior written
approval of the client.
Tasting notes on the qualities of the products we supply are taken
from reputable sources and do not represent the personal view of
anyone who works for Engraved Champers.
